  1. Has my order shipped or when will it ship?
    You will receive notification from Smocked Treasures and the United States Postal Service via email when your order has shipped with a tracking #. If you provided a "needed by" date, the order will arrive prior to that date, either by priority or overnight express mail. Custom orders are completed on a needed by basis, therefore, if your order was placed well in advance of your needed by date, your order may not ship immediately, depending on how many orders are ahead of it.

  2. What is your return policy?
    Christening Clothing Return Policy: Only Non Personalized items may be returned, no exceptions. (See personalizations below.) Simply return the item via UPS Insured Parcel Post. Return shipping is at the buyers expense. Christening gowns/rompers can only be returned within three days of the UPS Confirmed Delivery Date. All other returns will be denied. If the item has been damaged, dry cleaned or has been worn, the return will be denied. Personalized Items: Please be advised that there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS on any items ordered with personalizations from Smocked Treasures. Please be sure that spellings and dates are correct. Smocked Treasures is not responsible for incorrect orders. ALL SALES FINAL on personalized items.

  3. What is your exchange policy?
    Smocked Treasures offers a full 30 day exchange on any item you order (**Does NOT include personalized items). Although, most exchanges are for a different size, exchanges for a different style is also accepted.

  4. International Orders - Do you ship to my country?
    Smocked Treasures does except international orders to any country. Any order placed outside of the USA will require a $25.00 shipping and handling fee. Shipping is via Global Priority mail and requires 6-10 business days. Global Express mail is available for an additional cost and requires either 1-3 days or 3-5 days. Please email smockedtreasures@gmail.com for an exact quote. Please be aware of any customs/duty charges as well as any VAT or country specific taxes that may apply, as these are the responsibility of the buyer and we have no control over these costs.

  5. Do I have to pay sales tax?
    You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our shop in New York State. You will receive a copy of the invoice in your package with the items you ordered.

  6. When will my credit card be charged?
    Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to your order being custom made. Shipment of the items is generally within 4-5 days after the start of your order, depending on the item(s) being created.
