Gorgeous design for baby girl's christening day, this beautiful creation includes a satin & organza short party dress with Venice lace collar, puffy sleeves trimmed with beading lace and ruffled rhumba panties (available in short or long length). Detachable gown (also available in traditional gown, see below) is satin trimmed with beading with ribbon & heart venice lace and has a sheer organza overlay with scallops & lace trim that attaches to the short party dress with buttons (concealed under the wider Venice lace & organza ruffle on the lower front bodice). The Hail Mary prayer (other prayers available upon request) is embroidered on the satin at the center hemline with your choice of embroidered cross above the prayer and is available in pale pink (shown), all white or all ivory lettering. Dress has a double row of heart shaped buttons on the back yoke to adjust the size and is open in the lower skirt portion to allow for easier changings and the ability to spread the gown out fully for beautiful portraits. Includes matching bonnet with organza ruffle and adjustable back ribbon casing. Detachable gown can be personalized on inside back with baby's name and christening date and is available in your choice of gown length. Irish accents available on all items on this website. The entire ensemble is also now available in silk dupione with silk organza overlay or Irish Linen with sheer cotton voile overlay in white or ivory. Ensemble is also available as a traditional gown with separate cotton slip underneath & includes bonnet ~ please specify if you would prefer a traditional gown instead of detachable gown in special requests.
