Inner leg snaps for easier diaper changings and a double row of buttons down the back yoke to adjust the size. Matching hat has an adjustable back ribbon casing, optional front brim and satin ribbon ties. Available in short (shown) or long sleeves and short or long (shown) legs. Also available in the following fabrics in white or ivory: shantung, silk dupione, satin, cotton sateen, cotton batiste, linen batiste and Irish Linen (shown).
