All items from Smocked Treasures are custom made, original designs. In stock items will ship within 4-6 business days. Custom made orders require 2-4 weeks, depending on fabric/lace availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and expected shipping date.
Rush orders are honored if time permits. Email our office at smockedtreasures@gmail.com or call (716)652-0493 for details if this is required.
Usage Restrictions:
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited: (i) misrepresenting the identity of a user; (ii) tampering with this Website; and (iii) conducting fraudulent activities.
Christening Gowns/Rompers:
We require at least 2-4 weeks (unless otherwise noted) to complete your custom made Christening Gown or Outfit. Gowns and rompers are normally shipped 7 days prior to the date originally requested by. If you order 4-6 weeks in advance, please realize the outfit will most likely ship the week before it is needed and not sooner. Please order early! Items requiring shipment by FedEx will incur additional charges. Please contact Smocked Treasures for an exact quote.
Christening Clothing Return Policy:
Only Non Personalized items may be returned, no exceptions. (See personalizations below.) Simply return the item via UPS Insured Parcel Post. Return shipping is at the buyers expense. Christening gowns/rompers can only be returned within three days of the UPS Confirmed Delivery Date. All other returns will be denied. If the item has been damaged, dry cleaned or has been worn, the return will be denied.
Personalized Items:
Please be advised that there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS on any items ordered with personalizations from Smocked Treasures. Please be sure that spellings and dates are correct. Smocked Treasures is not responsible for incorrect orders. ALL SALES FINAL on personalized items.
Arielle Adelia:
Arielle Adelia jewelry custom orders require a minimum of 2-3 week delivery time. Please order early.Future additions can always be added ! – simply send back the item with the information to be embroidered. There is a $20.00 charge for additional personalizations (includes shipping).
Exchanges:
Smocked Treasures offers a full 30 day exchange on any item you order (**Does NOT include personalized items). Although, most exchanges are for a different size, exchanges for a different style is also accepted.

Sales Tax:
In compliance with the state of New York, Smocked Treasures charges 4.75% sales tax on all christening and communion gowns, rompers and dresses shipped within New York State. All other items sold on this site are charged a sales tax of 8.75% for orders shipped within New York State. All orders shipped outside New York State are tax free.
