All items from Smocked Treasures are custom made, original designs. Please be advised that fabrics and/or trims may vary slightly from pictures shown, depending on availability. Custom made orders generally require 2-4 weeks, depending on fabric/lace availability, especially during peak Communion season. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive email notification when your order is shipped, which will arrive before your needed by date.
Rush Orders:
Any order that is needed within 7 days will be assessed a rush order charge of $10 or 10%, whichever is higher. Customer will also be required to pay for express shipping to ensure that the order will arrive in time. Rush orders are honored if time permits. Usage Restrictions:
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- misrepresenting the identity of a user;
- tampering with this Website; and
- conducting fraudulent activities.
Return Policy:
Please be advised that there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS on any items ordered from Smocked Treasures. All items on this site are custom made to your specifications and no returns will be accepted. If there is a concern regarding size, please contact Smocked Treasures at here for assistance in getting the correct measurements. Please be sure that spellings and dates are correct. Smocked Treasures is not responsible for incorrect orders.
Personalizations:
Future additions can always be added! - simply send back the item with the information to be embroidered. There is a $25.00 charge for additional personalizations (includes shipping).
Privacy Policy:
The security of your personal information is very important to us. In our efforts to protect your online transactions, we use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Sales Tax:
In compliance with the state of New York, Smocked Treasures charges 8.75% sales tax on all christening and communion gowns, rompers and dresses shipped within New York State. All other items sold on this site are charged a sales tax of 8.75% for orders shipped within New York State. All orders shipped outside New York State are tax free.
International Orders:
Smocked Treasures can now except international orders! Any order placed outside of the USA will require a $35.00 shipping and handling fee. If you have any questions or concerns, please call.
