** Why are items not being saved in my Shopping Cart?

The reason why items would not be saved in your shopping cart is if you are not accepting cookies. The way this shopping cart works, is that it saves all items that are ordered into a small file in your Temporary Internet Folder called a cookie. When you submit your order, the information from the cookie is loaded, sent to Smocked Treasures, and the file is removed from your computer. If you have your cookie setting turned off, our shopping cart will not be able to save any ordering information.

To turn your cookie setting on, From the menu bar at the top of your Internet Explorer browser window, click on Tools, Internet Options then Privacy. Moving the slider down to the default 'medium' setting will enable cookies on your browser.

Having a firewall running can also prevent the cookie from being saved on your computer. If your cookies are enabled, try disabling your firewall and reloading the website.
