Custom Sizing Requires Proper and Accurate Measurements: Use a cloth tape measure. If you do not have a cloth tape measure, you can use a string to measure around the body and a ruler to measure the string. Take the measurements undressed or use the undergarments that the young girl will be wearing with the dress. The dresses are fully lined, no undergarments are generally necessary. Pull your tape measure snug, but not too tight. Have the young girl stand up straight and tall, and relax with arms down at her side while recording the measurements. Repeat to check for accuracy. (Please make your measurements in inches).
